Our work is built around homes
Every host we work with has opened their home to guests, and we spend our days helping those stays go well. That keeps one thing in mind: not everyone has a safe, secure place to call home.
Why Shelter
Shelter gives free, expert advice to people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home. It also campaigns for more genuinely affordable homes. That work matters in the towns and cities where our hosts live and let.
Honest about our industry
Short lets are part of the national debate about housing, and we don't pretend otherwise. We back responsible hosting: well run, following local rules, and a good neighbour. Supporting Shelter is one way we give something back to the places our hosts are part of.
