Does it sync in real time?
Yes. When a booking lands on one channel, Zugrow blocks those dates across every other connected channel straight away. There's no overnight batch to wait for.
Which channels can I connect?
Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, with more channels supported through the platform. Your rates, availability and minimum-stay rules stay in sync across all of them.
How does the Airbnb connection work?
It's a direct API connection through our certified channel-management partner — never an iCal feed. Calendars, rates, minimum-stay rules and bookings sync two-way, and your current and upcoming bookings import when you connect. Already on Hospitable? Connect it with a personal access token and your Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo activity flows into Zugrow; direct Booking.com and Vrbo connections are in development.
Will it stop double bookings?
That's the point of one shared calendar. A booking on any channel immediately blocks the same dates everywhere else, and any cross-channel conflict is flagged in red so you can act on it fast.
Will I lose my history if I switch?
No. When you connect Airbnb, your current and upcoming bookings import automatically, each with its full guest conversation history, so your inbox and calendar aren't empty on day one. Stays that already checked out before you switched stay in your Airbnb account.
Do channels cost extra?
No. Channel management is included free on every Zugrow plan. There's no per-channel fee on top of your per-property price.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
Zugrow charges 0% commission on your bookings. You pay a flat fee per property from £16.60 per property per month on annual billing (£19.95 monthly), and keep the rest.
