Beyond has published Beyond Horizons, announcing Owner Hub, Advanced Connectivity and Performance Manager alongside more than 40 feature updates. The release focuses on reducing time spent on portfolio reporting and listing audits for property managers.
What the analysis found
Beyond's Owner Reports feature now generates owner-ready reporting with market context and an editable AI summary. Building an owner report drops from 20 minutes to 2. Across a portfolio of 50 listings and 30 owners, that is around nine hours back every month.
Key numbers
- 20 minutes to 2 time to build an owner report, per Beyond
- Nine hours monthly time saving across 50 listings and 30 owners
- 30 minutes to 1 time to review a listing
- More than 40 feature updates in the release
Performance Manager reduces listing review time from 30 minutes to 1, described by Beyond as the difference between auditing your best listings and auditing all of them. Owner Projections now offer conservative, moderate and optimistic scenarios, giving owners a defensible range instead of a single guess.
Advanced Connectivity introduces API and MCP server access, allowing managers to use AI tools to analyse data from Beyond and make changes to pricing strategy automatically. Examples include adjusting a base price or minimum price by a number or a percentage, such as 'drop base price 10% on my Destin 3-bedrooms'.
Why it matters if you host
The time savings matter most if you manage properties for other owners and spend hours each month building reports to justify your decisions. Beyond's estimate of nine hours saved assumes a 50-property, 30-owner portfolio, but even at smaller scale the principle holds. If monthly owner reporting feels like administrative weight rather than strategic work, automation that handles the formatting and context while leaving you in editorial control is worth evaluating.
For self-managing hosts running their own portfolio on a pricing tool, the listing review speed matters more than the owner reporting. Thirty minutes to audit one listing means most hosts review sporadically or when something breaks. One minute per listing makes it feasible to audit every property each month and spot revenue leaks before they compound.
What to do this week
- Time how long it currently takes you to build one owner report or review one listing, so you have a honest baseline to compare any tool's claim against.
- If you use scenario planning with owners, document what optimistic, moderate and conservative mean in your portfolio so the ranges remain consistent month to month.
- Review your last three months of listing audits and note which properties you skipped because the manual work felt too heavy. That list is your automation priority.
